Frustrated

I had high hopes but Ive been let down each and every day. This device decides to reset itself whenever it wants! Once you have to change the battery, the new battery doesnt last long! I am almost to my goal and the next time I look at my steps, it has reset itself and there is no way to recover your steps!
Do not get this device, unless you want to stay frustrated and not meet your measured goals!
